Common questions
What is a feelings wheel?
A feelings wheel is a circle that starts with a few big feelings and moves out to more exact words. It helps you name a feeling when "bad" is all you have.
How do I use an emotion wheel?
Pick the big feeling closest to yours. Then pick the closest word. Then, if you like, a finer one. There is no wrong answer.
Is a feelings wheel the same as an emotion wheel?
Yes. Both names mean the same tool. Some wheels have eight big feelings. This one has six, with 36 closer words and 72 finer ones.
Can I print the feelings wheel?
Yes. Tap "Print or save the wheel" to print it or save it as a PDF, for homework, journaling, kids or couples talks.
