I am the organizing center within you. The part that says 'yes' and 'no' with authority. The one who takes responsibility, not because it's demanded, but because that's what leaders do.
When I'm online, the spine straightens. Speech slows and becomes deliberate. Movement is minimal but powerful. Others feel: this person knows who they are.
Serves the whole. Decides with wisdom. Holds authority lightly.
When it takes over
In shadow, I become the cold ruler. Detached. Rigid. I wield authority without warmth, making decisions without consulting the heart.
