The Creator archetype is the part of you that has to make things. It feels an idea pressing to get out. It does not make things for praise. It makes them because something inside wants to exist.
What the Creator does
The Creator turns what is inside you into something real: a song, a meal, a plan, a garden, a new way to live. It is how you show who you are. It guards the part of you that would wither if it never got to come out.

The Creator needs room to make things badly. Thank it for its spark. Then ask what it fears would happen if something it made was seen, or was never finished.
A small practice
Five minutes of messy
- Set a timer for five minutes.
- Grab any paper and any pen.
- Draw, doodle or write whatever comes. Make it messy on purpose.
- When the timer ends, stop, even in the middle of a line.
- Look at it and name one thing you liked about making it.
